“Coronary artery diseases (CAD) are influenced by multiple genes of modest effect as the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T gene polymorphism, related to MTHFR activity and total plasma homocysteine (tHcy) concentration. risk factors for CAD and to investigate an association between MTHFR polymorphism tHcy concentrations and coronary syndrome severity. The effect of polymer concentration, viscosity, and drug/polymer ratio on bead micromeritics and drug release rate was studied.
